As of Friday, April 25, 2025 at 2 p.m., we became aware of the announcement that St. Andrews University, where we’ve leased our horses from for 30+ years, will permanently close May 5, 2025. Due to this change directly ahead of the summer, we sadly had to cancel all 2025 Horseback Riding programs. Options to resume this program in future years will certaintly be explored.
Families with campers enrolled in Horseback Riding for Summer 2025 received an email on Monday, April 28, 2025 with more information on how this impacts Seafarer’s Horseback Riding program for this summer. For questions, please contact the office at 252-249-1212.

Environmental Discovery along the Neuse River
In Environmental Discovery, campers learn about the coastal habitat and the surrounding environment along the Neuse River and lakes at Camp.
Powerboating
Campers begin learning powerboating on Scouts in small groups and are always supervised by a Camp staff member who is US Powerboating Instructor trained.
Golf
Both Camps have 9-hole golf courses, driving ranges and putting greens. Campers can play both courses depending on skill level and ranks earned.
