If you are a returning Camp family or received an email from Camp Sea Gull or Camp Seafarer inviting you to apply for a Campership, please fill out the financial assistance application below. 

If you are new to Camp or new to financial assistance, please start with our Financial Assistance Interest Form. This preliminary form can help offset the application fees associated with registration. 

Financial Assistance Application

Please fill out the below form honestly and accurately. We review each application individually.

We use a sliding fee scale based on total household income and the number of household members. We require supporting documentation to verify household size and income, and we consider special circumstances when providing assistance.

We understand your financial records may not contain the entire picture of your financial needs. Please include any and all information you feel is applicable to your current situation.

At the end of the form, you may be asked to upload your 2022 federal tax returns. If you do not file federal income taxes, please call 1-800-TAX-FORM (1-800-829-1040) for verification of non-filing or go to IRS.gov for other information. If you are unemployed, draw social security, please provide a summary of your unemployment benefits, SSI paperwork, or financial aid benefits.

Please include any and all relevant details about recent life changes or anything you deem important - such as a recent separation, job loss, or caring for an elderly parent.

The Service Professional Program is a set discount offered to those who work in service-oriented fields such as first responders, police officers, nurses or those who serve our country. Tax returns are not required. 

Supplemental Information

Please submit your 2022 federal tax returns (Form 1040 pages 1 and 2 only, or 1040 EZ). If you receive Social Security disability, please provide your SSI.

Tax returns are required for Overnight Camp, Family Camp and Day Camp financial assistance applications. If you are applying for the Service Professional Program, you do not need to upload tax documents.
