Overnight Camp Summer Sessions
When you enroll your child in our program, you are reserving space, time, meals, supplies and staffing, whether or not your camper attends the program. In order to cancel a Summer Session (four-week, two-week or Starter Camp), Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer must receive written notice sent to RegistrationOffice@YMCATriangle.org and will use the following deadlines for cancellations.
Written Notice Before March 1: If received before March 1, 50% of your application fee will be refunded. Any program fees that have been paid to date will be refunded.
Written Notice After March 1: If received March 1 - May 15, your application fee is non-refundable and 50% of your program fees will be refunded.
After May 15: No refunds for application or program fees.
Waitlisted Overnight Camp Summer Sessions
When you purchase a waitlisted session, you will only pay the application fee. If no space becomes available, Camp will refund your application fee. If you choose to cancel before we contact you, Camp will refund your application fee.
Summer Day Camp
In order to cancel a Summer Day Camp program, Camp must receive a written cancellation notice three weeks prior to the first day of the program. The application fee is non-refundable.
Family Camps or Weekend Programs
In order to cancel a Family Camp or a Weekend program, Camp must receive a written cancellation notice by the following deadlines:
Fall Weekends: Written Notice Before June 15: A $25 non-refundable processing fee will be kept, and any program fees paid to date will be refunded. No refunds of fees after June 15.
Spring Weekends: Written Notice Before March 15: A $25 non-refundable processing fee will be kept, and any program fees paid to date will be refunded. No refunds of fees after March 15.
