October 13-17: Starter Campers are guaranteed a spot in Starter Camp for Summer 2023 with the ability to apply for open spots in other sessions during their registration window. After your registration window closes, you will be unable to register for anything until Open Enrollment begins on October 27, 2022.
October 27: For those of you who canceled your 2022 registration, were on the Waitlist, haven’t been back in a few summers, or are new to Camp, or did not register during your Registration Window, we invite you to register for Summer 2023 when open enrollment begins.
If the session of your choice says “Waitlist Available,” we strongly encourage you to sign up for that session. After you finish your registration, you can then call the Camp Office at (252) 249-1212 and inform them of other dates your camper may be able to attend. There is continuous movement on the list as we work over the coming months to allow as many children as possible to experience Camp, and we will contact you as space becomes available.
Please be sure to review our Cancellation Policies before applying.
November 3: Registration for Family Camps, Mother Daughter Weekend, Father Son Weekend, Summer 2023 Day Camp
A note regarding Community Health and Registration for 2023:
A strong partnership between Camp and our families is and always has been of utmost importance in support of a camper’s experience at Sea Gull or Seafarer.
There is always a chance that your child will need to leave Camp for unforeseen circumstances (illness, behavior issues, injury). To that end, parents must have an Emergency Contact who is designated as a Health Proxy: someone who can receive important information or make decisions about your camper in the event we are unable to get in touch directly with parents or guardians. This Emergency Contact or Health Proxy is also someone who, within 12-24 hours of receiving a phone call from Camp, would be able to pick your child up from Camp if needed. As you complete the forms process for this summer, we appreciate your thoughtful consideration of whom your Health Proxy might be in the event it is needed.
If you have any questions, please call the Camp office.
