ENSURING A SAFE AND HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT AT CAMP

Ensuring a safe program will require a partnership among all of us. Our top priority is to keep our campers, families, and staff safe. In light of our current reality, we have elevated our medical protocols and practices using recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), American Camp Association (ACA), North Carolina State Health and Human Services, Pamlico County Health Department, and with guidance from our Camp Medical Advisory Committee.

  • Weekend and Family Camp participants are not required to provide documentation of a negative COVID-19 test upon their arrival at Camp. (updated 4.26.22)

  • All participants will be required to verbally confirm the completion of the Five-Day Pre-Arrival Health Screening Form.

  • All participants will have their temperature taken upon arrival. If anyone’s temperature is 100.4 or greater, the entire car will not be allowed entry into Camp. Please keep this in mind as you make your transportation and carpooling plans.
