Hall of Fame

The Hall of Fame for Camp Seafarer and Camp Sea Gull was initiated during the celebration on the fiftieth anniversary of the establishment of Camp Sea Gull.

Members of the Seafarer-Sea Gull Hall of Fame are men and women of outstanding character who have made very substantial and sustained contributions to the camps over time. Camps' Hall of Fame recognizes people whose dedication and service, both during camp and afterwards, is extraordinary.

Former members of the camp family who are employees of the YMCA of the Triangle will be eligible for nomination to the Hall of Fame upon their resignation or retirement.

Nominations for election to the camps' Hall of Fame may be made at any time, and will remain active for three years after they are received. To nominate someone, please complete the nomination form and send it via US Mail to the Sea Gull-Seafarer Development Office, Camp Sea Gull, Arapahoe, North Carolina 28510.
