Positive role models for your child

We realize our effectiveness depends on the quality of our leadership. Each Camp offers a 3:1 camper-to-staff ratio. Our staff is specifically selected for the quality of their character. They inspire campers to have fun while teaching the importance of high ideals, moral values and ambitious goals.

We employ young men and women who demonstrate a deep sense of commitment and higher character and who can be strong, positive influences in campers' lives. Our qualified staff exemplify responsibility, integrity, cooperation and teamwork. 

All staff members are screened carefully. In addition to the application, we require five references to help us gain a thorough understanding of the applicant's character and skill set. 

We interview each staff member to learn their philosophies of working with children and past experience. Lastly, we conduct a background check to ensure we have all the information we need to make a sound hiring decision.
