No matter what consumes the majority of your time each day, whether it is raising a family, working outside the home, volunteering in your community or running a business, it is important for you (and women of all ages and stages) to build skills that engage both your head and your heart. This unique leadership retreat provides that opportunity. You will have space and time to uncover your personal strengths, to discuss women-centered topics, to develop core competencies, and to relax and build new friendships.
Participants will grow in the Leadership Competencies of:
SELF-DEVELOPMENT – improvement of one’s own capabilities through the continual expansion of knowledge and skills;
INFLUENCE – exploring strategies that engage and inspire others while building commitment to your cause and promoting mutual understanding;
CHANGE CAPACITY – learning to lead self and others through change by navigating ambiguity and adapting well to new situations, obstacles and opportunities;
DEVELOPING OTHERS – recognizing and acting on the need to continually develop others’ capabilities to attain the highest level of performance possible.
We invite you to bring friends or co-workers to this special retreat. The weekend will include opportunities to hear and learn from excellent keynote and workshop speakers; participate in activities such as sailing and tennis; network with new friends and colleagues, and time to just relax and enjoy the beautiful setting.
