Forms for Enrolled Campers

If your child is enrolled in Camp Sea Gull or Camp Seafarer for the summer of 2012, we require certain forms, such as Health Forms and Transportation Forms, to be filled out and returned to us by March 1. 

The Information for Parents documents include financial, medical, travel and general information. Please make sure all parents read these documents. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact the appropriate Camp office.
